What WYSER is
WYSER (Wyoming Server Education & Responsibility) is an online alcohol server training program operated by the Wyoming State Liquor Association (WSLA) with support from the Wyoming Department of Health and the Wyoming Liquor Division. The program is free to all trainees.
Completing WYSER earns you a training certification. It is not a state-issued license or permit, and does not substitute for any license required by Wyoming law or local ordinance.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when you register — your legal first and last name, a working email address, and (if applicable) the organization you are training for. Your certification is issued under the name you register with.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account. WSLA may suspend or remove accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
Certification
Upon successful completion of all training modules and the final examination, you will receive a certification with a unique verification code. Certifications are valid for three years from the date of issue.
Your certification can be verified online by anyone with your certification code. This is by design — employers and regulators need to confirm your training status.
Your data
WSLA collects your name, email address, referral source, training progress, test scores, and certification records. This data is used to operate the program and is accessible to:
- WSLA administrators
- The Wyoming Liquor Division (for regulatory oversight and certification verification)
- Employers and organizations, via the public certification verification page (certification code, name, and status only)
WSLA does not sell your personal data. Your email address is used only for account management, certification delivery, and program communications.
Training content
All training materials — text, images, audio, and interactive content — are the property of WSLA. You may not copy, redistribute, or repurpose them without written permission.
Training content is educational and reflects Wyoming law at the time of publication. It is not legal advice. If you have questions about specific legal obligations, consult the Wyoming Liquor Division or a licensed attorney.
Changes to these terms
WSLA may update these terms as the program evolves. If we make significant changes, we will notify active users by email. Continued use of the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
